The BORA 3170

After living in the apartment for the last 6 months I can safely say that it's worth it. The staff is very friendly and professional, specially Helen, Sabrina and Jose. Which makes the place feel safe and very comfortable to live in. Not to mention all the amenities they offer, which are always clean and very well maintained. Of course, there are occasional inconveniences, like any other apartment one would find in LA. However, the management is very quick to be on top of things and help accommodate the situation.

I really enjoy living at Bora Building. Everything here feels fresh and new — the gym, the office areas, and especially the terrace. The terrace is beautiful and a great place to relax or work outside. The building is cleaned every day, which makes a big difference. It’s always neat and well maintained. It’s also very quiet, so you can truly rest after a long day. The infrastructure is great — everything you need is close by. Overall, it’s a comfortable and modern place to live. Highly recommend.
