Overview/Townhome: My partner and I stayed here for a few months with our dog and we loved every moment of it. The place was incredibly well furnished, especially the kitchen, and that helped put a lot of anxiety at ease! Each bedroom was also furnished and Oaklee provided plenty of amenities and cleaning supplies so we could keep up with the cleaning (we like to keep our living places clean and organized). There's a lot of natural light in the living room which bleeds into the kitchen, it was always so nice to feel/see the sun when we were home. Our dog loved the patio to sunbathe. The garage is a bit tight, but with some practice, we were able to back up and park into it. Also great storage for our equipment/overflow items! Oaklee was clear about the mailbox situation (non-packages) and we opened a PO Box to help (we did USPS, unfortunately would not recommend them - they sometimes did not hold our mail or delivered it to the mailbox. I would recommend a private company for PO Boxes). Oaklee very kindly would drop it off at our front door when this happened, which we very much appreciated. Location: AMAZING. It's right next to the TRAX station (red and blue lines) and it goes directly to UofU. It's also next to a climbing gym (as in it's in the same complex, a 1-2 min walk). It's down the street from multiple stores. Honestly, one of the most convenient locations we've ever lived in. Noise: it is a townhome, so we expected some noise, but to be honest, it's minimal. The TRAX is very quite (maybe a low soothing hum). Our neighbors also were young professionals, so we did not have any loud kids banging on the walls. You have the whole townhome, which is up and down, so the shared walls are the sides. No complaints from us on the noise aspect. Safety: VERY SAFE. There were times we forgot to lock the door, and thankfully nothing happened. Obviously please lock the doors/close garage door for safety-just-in-case, however we walked around with our dog quite frequently and always felt safe. No robberies occured to us; we were warned there were reports of packages being stolen, however thankfully we did not experience it. Overall, we loved staying at Oaklee's townhome and were so sad to leave (we had to unexpectedly move). If we could've stayed, we would've probably rented longer than our initial request.
