Matt Campbell is genuinely the sweetest, most helpful person! This is my first apartment, I've only been here since November, but as an anxious first-time renter, I had a TON of questions! Matt is always super understanding and answers all my concerns and questions, he is just absolutely lovely. I've loved it here so far! :)

Riverbend has come a long ways since I moved into the my first of 4 apartments here. My top compliment goes to our wonderful maintenance team. They have always been very fast and friendly to determine what needs to happen to fix whatever problem I have had even though they have 200 hundred units to provide service to. Next I love our grounds and how well they are taken care of. They go far above just the average mowing and are here every Monday morning. Another plus for Riverbend is the incredible amount of parking that is available which is truly a luxury! We also have an amazing and thoughtful Office Team that are friendly and are easy to deal with. Last but surely not least, Riverbend is dog and cat friendly🐕‍🦺😽😎.

My husband and I get to call this place our first home and it has been great. Matt who works at the front office is really nice and will do whatever he can to help you. Tyler and his maintenance staff also have been helpful when we needed things fixed in the apartment. The complex is also pet and family friendly. I'm grateful to be able to call this complex my home.

I was looking for an affordable apartment near the Jordan River Trail for running, with big windows, in unit laundry, and a porch. Bingo! This older property has beautiful landscaping and everyone seems to take pride in their spaces. (Shout out to everyone with adorable Halloween themed entry rugs) Matt was always accommodating to my work schedule. I signed a lease to a unit I didn’t see before hand, but Matt helped me view similar units to feel confident in my decision. Then when it became vacant, he helped me to view it before move in. Matt and his team are helpful, professional, and kind. I am excited to live here!

Loved this property! The landscaping is beautiful with lots of trees and green space. The apartments are older but they've done a great job making them look nice and they are always making great updates to the property. Matt & Jordyn in the office are always friendly and are willing to help with whatever I need. The maintenance guys Tyler & Hunter always complete maintenance requests quickly and help keep the property looking good. They also have been putting on fun events! This is truly a great place to live!
