Hello everyone, over the past two years, I've experienced numerous problems in my apartment. I reported them to the previous management in person at their office, and I also sent them emails and photos, but unfortunately, to no avail. They only offered empty promises and false reassurances, and things only got worse. They did absolutely nothing. But when the new management took over, I informed them of all the issues in my apartment, and they did a fantastic job resolving all the problems I had been facing for the past two years in a very short time. Therefore, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful manager, Israeli, and his team for their dedication and hard work. You are amazing, and I appreciate everything you've done for us. We are happy to have you with us, and I wish you continued success, because you deserve it. My best regards and respect to you..

Is a dog freindly property, however the small spaces that do have grass have signs posted "no pets on grass." There is so a big blood hound dog named Vader that the owner has allowed to attack small dogs.

I am so thankful for our new Community Manager. I was in need of a hot water tank repair. Within 10 minutes after my call to Israel, in the office, I had a maintenance man at my door. The repair was done in a timely manner and I had hot water in 30 minutes. What a wonderful change! Thank you, Cecelia

I have had a very disappointing experience living in this apartment. The management team is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to call at least five times within two days to get my cabinet fixed, but no one ever showed up. It feels like all they care about is money rather than the well-being of their residents. I lived there for a year, and there was always something wrong in the apartment, such as constant fire alarms going off—sometimes early in the morning or even in the middle of the night—forcing everyone to go outside. Whenever I called the management team to fix something, a different person would always answer and give me a different explanation, which made things even more confusing. We never got a clear or direct answer. Overall, this has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend anyone to live here.

This has been a great place to live I lived here 6 years I appreciate the way a certain situation was handled , After the regional manager listened to my concerns and needs of my fridge going out , I have loved the community here staff and residence I will truly miss this place . 🌺🌺🌺
