This property has had a pretty rough time. The former ownership and management have felt very neglectful and have been really challenging to work with.
But things have definitely turned a corner! Laura has been just stellar in the office. She’s working so hard to organize and respond to everything that the previous company had left undone. Right now she has a maintenance team that’s fantastic. Anton and Toby clearly know what they are doing and are highly motivated to help take care of their tenants. They are addressing problems that have been ignored for months. They are working quickly and with the professionalism to make this property a wonderful place to be again.
Laura, Toby, Anton, you guys all deserve massive raises!

Apartments are very spacious with extra storage and closets large kitchen and living area , walk in closets are awesome, however parking is a real big issue. Read the signs they will tow if you're parked in Tennant parking. Their maintenance was done correct and in a timely manner. Friendly staff and manager. Thanks Avida!

DO NOT put in an application to these apartments. They suck. The office people are very unprofessional and don’t know how to do their job. There’s SO MANY BAD REVIEWS it’s crazy! This apartment should be shut down. The maintenance don’t take care of anything, they’re lazy. Sometimes the apartments look trashed and they expect you to pay for it and then they up peoples rent EVERY MONTH which is ILLEGAL. This apartment complex is so ridiculous. DO NOT APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT HERE !!!!

Jordan, the regional manager, has been extremely unprofessional in my interactions with her and has treated both current and former tenants very poorly. I’m genuinely shocked that she holds a regional manager position, as she consistently speaks disrespectfully, talks over you, and shows no willingness to listen. She does not seem like an appropriate representative for these properties.
At one point, she even told my mom, “If anything, you should be paying us,” despite the apartment being left in impeccable condition. If this is how she treated my mom and me, I can only imagine how others may have been treated. Cornerstone Residential needs to do better and should not have someone like her in charge.

*Parking is a nightmare. Several cars are parked at fire-lanes and handicapped parking. Many cars are also abandoned. Some cars have people living in them.
*Apartments have several families living in them which also adds to the parking issue. It isn’t fair to pay more for rent with one family than people living with 2 or more families.
*Children are awful. They leave broken glass everywhere along with food and trash. They make the area difficult to walk in for pets.
*People don’t pick up after their pets, leaving any grass covered in poop. Dog bag areas haven’t been refilled in months. Dog owners constantly take their dogs out without a leash and get mad when you tell them to put them on a leash.
