Okay but can we talk about how helpful Jessica is?? I had a million questions and she never once made me feel annoying. She walked me through everything and kept checking in. Elara is great, but having someone in the office who actually cares makes it 10x better.
The maintenance at Elara is honestly by far the most comparable. Much like the rest of the Elara staff, the maintenance team is quick, efficient, and always friendly. Any work order I’ve submitted has been attended to in 2 weeks or less, and less than 3 days for urgent ones. After the lovely experience I’ve had working with Nicole, Jessica, and Gio, I can safely say Elara has been my favorite complex I’ve lived in (and that’s quite a few).
