Grand at Rockridge

I’m so thrilled that I found The Point to care for my mother who has severe dementia. The caregivers are so sweet and welcoming. I can see that my mother feels safe and nurtured, despite the fact that she has reverted to speaking her mother tongue and can’t articulate her needs. Her caregivers understand what engages her from how to talk to her and which activities to put before her. And her proximity to my home and commute route gives me the chance to drop in easily. ?

My brother and sister-in-law are at The Point, and the experience has been very positive. The staff does a phenomenal job of taking care of my sister-in-law's significant needs. The head nurse, Rob, is very helpful. They are very family oriented, and my calls and questions receive prompt responses. The dining experience is wonderful as they make great efforts to foster community.
