Single rooms only, so no sharing a room; monthly cleaning checks, but if you pass you skip the next month; lots of fees in the contract for if you break rules, but rarely enforced if you have a good rapport; emotional support animal friendly; Pool open in summer; Clubhouse with a few events every once in a while (I don't go to many, but they seem nice); elevator broke when I first moved in and took months to get fixed; lots of parking, underground parking structure great for winter months; a parking lot right next to the apartments frequently hosts food trucks; walking distance to multiple bus stops; longer walk to Walmart and campus but manageable, also accessable by bus; not wheelchair friendly, lots of manual push doors and single steps in entrences; fire alarms go off briefly without warning every once in a while, false alarms or testing unsure because maintenance said nothing; lots of college age people, a few young families; large closets with shelves; nice desks; provided mattresses are very uncomfortable, I replaced mine right away and store my old one in my closet on the top shelf (I'm top floor so the ceiling is higher); two roomy hall closets that can fit seasonal decor like Xmas trees and sports equipment like skis or kayaks; kitchen storage can be tight with all 4 rooms occupied, share appliances to save space; in-unit washer and dryer, prompt maintenance if needed; overall clean and well kept buildings, they have little plug in scent things in the halls occasionally; I've been here for a little under a year and they do occasional deep cleans of carpets and ac units

It was okay as student housing. The management wasn’t all that caring but it was functional and social. We didn’t have an updated unit so the fridge, oven, and dishwasher were old and kind of gross.
