5940 Camino

I've been in this apartment 2 years. Twice now I've complained about the mold growth coming through the seems of this old single pane sliding glass door. Mind you i have a dehumidifier and air purifier and a almost 3 year old daughter. Yesterday the maintenance guy comes by unexpectedly and 100% ignored all the spots i pointed out to him where the seems are damaged and there's a small opening under the sliding door where the outside elements can come through. And instead he argues with me that it's up to me to keep it clean and that they won't do nothing about it. The negligence and prejudice is uncalled for. I'm not the only resident here that has been mistreated like this.

Sad to go! My stay at 5930 Camino ln was very pleasant. Morna is the manager and she is very kind and never made me feel like a burden if I needed something. You can tell that she really cares about the people and the property. The properties are very clean, quiet and safe. As a single mother of 2 daughters, being safe was very important. I just loved my cute apartment and the garage was perfect size.
