PARC Midtown has lots to offer. I do want to highlight my experience with the professional common areas. Many apartment complexes will offer study lounges, conference rooms and exercise facilities. PARC does as well. What is most likely best in class is PARC’s attention to detail in these areas. Especially the cleanliness! While participating on a work related conference call, I took notice of my surroundings… every one of these were pristine. Even the restroom! This post might not be for everyone. Just for those looking for something special and those interested in being part of a healthy, clean environment that will make your next place feel like home!

Jen gave me THE BEST apartment tour I’ve ever had, hands-down! She is warm, friendly, and has a lot of passion in what she does, which shows that she genuinely cares about making sure you find a good fit. She even tended to an issue during the tour, which shows that she’s quick to take action, and did so in a very professional way. I am very impressed by what this beautiful complex has to offer and definitely know I’ll be in great hands! Thank you, Jen! :)

I’ve been living at these apartments for almost a year now and I love it here. All of the negative reviews just seem like people who just want to complain about something. It’s always quiet here and I haven’t had any noise problems, the complex is clean, safe, and kept in very good condition. The staff Jen, Brittney, and Conner are super friendly and welcoming. Jen initially showed me my apartment and helped with the initial renting process and was super helpful and kind. The apartment complex has strict rules on cleanliness, but they’re very upfront about the rules straight away so you know what you’re signing up for. The rules also keep the complex super clean and nice for everyone to enjoy! Overall, I have nothing negative to say about these apartments :) I saw a review complaining that there’s homeless people in the area.. it’s Phoenix, the apartment has no control over that, the complex is incredibly safe, and if you hate the idea of even seeing homeless people in the streets nearby, you shouldn’t rent in Phoenix.

I’ve lived at Parc for almost a year and a half now, and I can honestly say I love it here!! The staff is incredibly attentive and genuinely kind, and Jen, especially, deserves the biggest shout-out. From day one, she made me feel so welcome. She’s always positive, fun to be around, and somehow remembers every tenant like we’re old friends. I never feel like a burden coming to the office with a question or small issue (usually just needing help grabbing packages from the mail room, lol). The team truly cares about their residents and about keeping the property in great condition, whichhhh is surprisingly rare these days. I’ve also never had a single problem with my apartment that wasn’t handled immediately!! When I first moved in, I had two mishaps; my AC wasn’t working (in August, of course) and my U-Haul got towed overnight during the move. They fixed both situations within hours of each other!! My AC was repaired within a day, and they even offered me a hotel room for the night if needed. And when I told them about the U-Haul, they called the towing company themselves, had it brought back at no cost, and then took steps to make sure that wouldn’t happen again for future residents. That level of care is rare, and it’s exactlyyyy why I love living here. The community itself feels safe, calm, and comfortable despite being in the middle of a busy city. I feel taken care of here, not just as a tenant, but as a person (': I’d absolutely recommend Parc to anyone considering it. They go above and beyond, and it shows in everything they do.

Parc Midtown has been such a wonderful home for me and my family. I’m a mom of two toddlers, and this location makes life so much easier. We love being able to walk into the city to explore or grab a treat without worrying about parking or long drives. My kids absolutely love the courtyard - the jumbo Jenga, cornhole, and open space to run around are their favorite! The pool being gated gives me so much peace of mind. I can relax knowing my little ones are safe when we’re out enjoying the sunshine. The smaller pool is perfect for family time, and my partner and I love hanging out there on weekends. I also really appreciate how dog-friendly this community is while still keeping everything clean and calm. The residents’ dogs are so well behaved, and the owners are super respectful. It’s such a pleasant atmosphere for families! A huge thank you to Brittney and Jen - you two are rockstars! I see you showing new residents around all the time, and you’re always smiling, confident, and so professional. THANK YOU Brittney, Jen, and Karis for keeping this place so clean, welcoming, and full of good energy. 💛 You truly make Parc Midtown feel like a home and not just an apartment. 💕
