Broadstone Portland

My experience at Broadstone Portland has been so pleasant. I have loved the community events that have been ongoing; I think it’s a great way to connect with residents as well as enjoy our time in the space that we live! Some highlights are the great amenities, kind management, beautiful floor plans, and prime location!

I recently toured Broadstone Portland and had such a great experience that I’m seriously ready to move in. The property itself is beautiful modern finishes, thoughtful layouts, and really well-designed common areas that feel both upscale and welcoming. Everything was clean, bright, and clearly well maintained. What truly made the tour exceptional, though, was Ruby. She was absolutely AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about the community. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, highlighted features I wouldn’t have even thought to ask about, and made the entire experience feel personalized rather than rushed or sales-focused. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home. After touring with Ruby, Broadstone Portland shot to the top of my list. The apartments are stunning, the amenities are impressive, and the customer service is next-level. I walked away already picturing myself living there and now I really want to make it happen. Highly recommend scheduling a tour (and definitely ask for Ruby!).
