In the short time I lived at Derby, it was a very pleasant experience. The staff are kind, the community felt safe, and it’s in perfect location. The only downside is that I feel the place uses far too much air freshener in the building for my liking. ??‍♀️

I absolutely adore these apartments. I have a friend who lives here and I love to visit!! The amenities and lifestyle it offers are perfect! I been thinking about moving here for my first apartment. Great views and a location is so convenient!!
