The location is great. On Roosevelt with many coffee shops and restaurants, but still far enough away to stay quiet, especially during First Friday. I also like that the complex is smaller because it keeps things relatively peaceful. Unfortunately, the issues outweigh the positives. These apartments are advertised as brand new “luxury,” but the quality does not reflect that. One elevator has made a very unsettling noise since I moved in that sounds like something hitting it repeatedly. Management said it would be fixed, but four months later nothing has changed. The building’s electricity system was never clearly explained during my tour, and my bill is nearly the same as what I paid at my last apartment that was twice the size, even though this is supposed to be “eco friendly” with the solar panels. The finishes are disappointing for a new building. The kitchen countertops scratch and stain easily, my sink has holes that cause leaks, and the bathroom ventilation system leaves yellow condensation on the walls after every shower. Maintenance cleaned it once but did not address the actual issue. The shower doors also lack proper stoppers, so water easily gets onto the floor. Overall, I am very disappointed and frustrated that I still have 9 months left on my lease. I would not recommend living here, especially for the price. You’ll find better places in the same area for the same price or cheaper.

Welcome to AI hell. This may well be a lovely apartment complex, but today they got a big strike one with me. They use AI on their website, and AI allowed me to make a reservation. It then even wrote me back twice to CONFIRM the reservation. Unfortunately, it apparently didn't alert anyone at the property to be there for the reservation. It's very Jerry Seinfeld: they know how to "make" a reservation, but they don't know how to "keep" a reservation. I left work to go to my appointment, only to find that the building was locked and inaccessible. It led to a very frustrating sequence where I couldn't get an actual person on property or even on the phone. Instead I spoke to an AI bot who was very friendly and extremely unhelpful. BTW it's ironic that a property that professes to be eco friendly depends so heavily on AI. I'm happy to take this review down, but only after they make this right.

I love ECO and their leasing team!! The units are so spacious and absolutely beautiful and brand new, I have only good things to say about the units themselves and am super happy with my apartment. Jake is an amazing leasing agent- he was so helpful throughout the entire process and also very flexible, understanding, and down to earth, which is rare to come across in the leasing world and was a breath of fresh air. The property manager Jody is also so wonderful and the maintenance team is stellar too. I already feel so at home at ECO and would recommend it to anyone looking to live in the cutest walkable neighborhood in Phoenix in the most comfortable apartments!

I recently toured EcoPhoenix and was really impressed. The community felt quiet and peaceful, which I loved. My tour guide, Jody, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She did a great job showing me around and answering questions. The apartments themselves are huge! You truly get some of the most space for your dollar in downtown Phoenix. With their size and layout, the interiors feel more like a home than a typical apartment, which really sets them apart. If having room to spread out is important, EcoPhoenix is hard to beat. Another unique feature is that the buildings have solar panels, which is rare for downtown. Because of this, they estimate residents could save up to 85% on their electric bill, which is a huge bonus on top of the already spacious layouts. The amenities are also solid, with a nice pool and gym that are both well-kept. This isn’t really the place for someone looking for a party atmosphere; it’s better suited for people who want to enjoy the convenience and creature comforts of downtown living in a quiet, peaceful, and friendly setting. Overall, EcoPhoenix seems like a great place to live, and I really appreciated the tour experience.
