This place was good to start off. But we have a terrible mold issue right now, we have been in here for over 20 days and they have yet to fix the mold. They have basically just wiped it down and panted over it! The landlord special, we have consistently reach out to the front office and management but they have done very little to help out! We asked to break our lease since we have been stuck in here with mold growth along our ventilation in our ONLY bathroom. We have a one year old at home and this is frankly unacceptable. We are a new family and we have been here for over two year! We are loyal residents. They now are treating us like we are second class, they have sent their lawyers after us. WE JUST WANT TO LEAVE. The lawyers have sent an email to us OVER A WEEK AGO, we responded right away asking more questions. NO RESPONSE. I reach out to our property manager who then tells me to talk to his supervisor, what does the supervisor do after I email her TWICE with no response. Talk to Legal. WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS. I RECOMMEND NOT MOVING HERE, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This review is solely based on Brian in maintenance! He is amazing he definitely goes above and beyond to make sure whatever needs to be done is DONE. He is beyond reliable, the gear that keeps the complex in shape! Thank you Brian for always making sure my unit gets the care it needs.

My maintenance tech Brian is phenomenal. He helped me overcome a water intrusion issue that has been frustrating me for months. Despite management dragging their feet to help me out, Brian remedied the situation and I’m grateful for his support. Shout out to Chico and his new assistant as they also put the finishing touches on the repairs.

Just wanted to give a note of gratitude for how welcoming the team here at Estates has been. From the day we arrived with our moving truck in the pouring historic flooding rains to today when the fantastic, caring and professional maintenance team (shoutout to Brian!!) jumped into action on a few items for our unit, the transition from our previous house to apartment life has been made all the better because of the property team. Truly can't thank them enough for the care and empathy.

Upon writing this review, I went in and spoke with the community manager David and he was incredibly understanding, honest, and willing to listen to me. Within two days our appliances were replaced (a big thank you to Gary as well). I also had a chance to follow up with David afterwards and again he extended his understanding and wanted to know if there was anything else he could help with. At this time our immediate issues have been resolved and I hope to continue to see the community improve and will update as these changes unfold.

Seek elsewhere. Truly. I hate giving negative reviews, however this has gotten to a point where it is no longer even mildly acceptable. For the past several months, we have not had a working dryer. The pool is always gross. The fire extinguisher outside of our apartment was used but left unfilled for months. Trash is left in every hallway stinking up the hall. Dogs bark constantly (owners leaving them all day long out on the patio). Neighbors shout at night. The windows leak sound in. Our washer flooded. We have contacted the front office multiple times and have been given the run around. We have had a broken kitchen light for months. (The two women in the front office are wonderful, as are a lot of the maintenance people who are clearly breaking their backs) We have had No contact with anybody regarding any of this despite putting in multiple requests and emergency request. Dog poop everywhere.
You will find homeless people loitering around. You will also find your neighbors getting called out of their houses by police (this has happened multiple times in our stay). Also lots of smoking and "shady activities" by neighbors in the early morning. There is no on site security. The Gates are constantly busted. The smart rent apartment system is so finicky. The parcel pending locker system is very frequently broken and packages will be undelivered or sent to local USPS warehouse where it will be sent back if not picked up.
Make no mistake, there are some good people here. Kind families with wonderful kids. Workers who are up at 6 and always moving. The women in the office who are always willing to lend a smile and try to help you but this falls at the feet of the management.
I am more than happy to change this review to talk about all of the changes that are made if they are ever made but at this point I am so disheartened. This could be a wonderful property. But at this time it is not.
