Let me start by saying this place is absolutely amazing. It’s very spacious for a single person or two people home. There is so much room in each bedroom for kids and or parents/parent. kitchen, big enough for 2 people! crime rate. I have only seen cops two times that I’ve been here! Car has never been touched. Also, we have security. Staff is absolutely amazing. Maintenance is absolutely amazing. Especially Natasha! This is somewhere I can see myself staying for a while until I can find a house!! Absolutely beautiful!

**PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK, DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE** The management of this apartment complex does not care about the safety and well-being of the people who pay rent and keep this place running. There is NEVER effective communication when you try to call the office line, the employees always mistreat you, they never solve anything but give short-term solutions. The ducts of the air conditioning always emanate a smell like a chemical that is harmful especially for children, the gates of the back alley and laundry are broken and although they fix them temporarily the homeless people break them again and someone at night sleeps inside the laundry so there is always garbage and drug waste./ **PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY AT RISK, DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE** The management of this apartment complex does not care about the safety or well-being of the people who They pay rent and keep this place going.
