I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, apparently they were supposed to be condemned and have major issues. No hot water the 6 months I lived there, roach infested, I put work orders that never happened but want their money on time. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I went there to acquire an apartment and the management acted like I had the bubonic plague. They weren't nice to me at all I don't think anyone would want to go there and rent after what I experienced. If you're desperate go there but I wouldn't even go there if I was desperate I'd rather live in a box on the street 😔.

I’ve been here 3 years. Prior to this new management it was hard to get any help here. Over the past two years, if I place a work order, it gets fixed almost immediately. Things have definitely gotten better. The drug users disappeared because the front office lady (Stephanie) chases them away. It’s gotten way better around here, even down to the trash people consistently making their rounds. All this place needed is people who actually care and that’s what we have gotten over the past two years.

Worse place ever to live. Manager and secretaries are rude. They will not fix anything. I stepped on the broken step to my apartment and blew out my knee was the only reason the step got fixed to avoid a law suit. Water comes out of the rent and you are never guaranteed water because they shut it off 2-3 times a week all day long with no notice. Pay for anemeties like the pool that has been bone dry the entire time I have lived here. You can't use the laundry facilities because homeless camp out in it. Bad bad place to live would not recommend this place to my enemy that is how bad it is

**DO NOT MOVE HERE** People will tell you bad things about a complex simply due to disagreements or even residents hurt feelings due to eviction. I'd love to say that is the case with us but, i got proof. Im not just being a horrible person. I've lived in bad places but at least i had running water and hot water when i needed it. HARD DRUG USERS EVERYWHERE. Tossed some garbage and saw a baggie with a straw in it. Usually they hang out in one corner of complex but nobody ever asks them to leave. No reliable hot water. Water turned off without notice often. Not one month during our stay has had running water for the whole month. Occasionally it comes out of faucets tinged brown. Too many safety rails need replacing. Pool gate has been left unlocked. Glass where small children can play in it. STILL not cleaned up after 6-7 months. Exposed wires in various areas. Refusal to resolve noise complaints of loud music after multiple verbal and email communications. STILL working on alleged water leak after over 2 years. NO WHEELCHAIR/DISABLED ACCESS TO ANY APARTMENT. Only to leasing office. NO CLEARLY MARKED DISABLED ACCESS FOR UNLOADING OR LOADING TO ANY APARTMENT BUILDINGS AT PARKING AREA Just faded and broken paint. Towing is quick to remove any backward parked vehicle WITHOUT CHECKING to see if vehicle is just being unloaded. Management argumentative and combative. No email communications answered. "Water leak" pit not clearly marked. Roofing materials carelessly tossed on residents balconies. Including rusty nails. Still a few places where roofers left garbage. Residents who wished to use balcony had to do clean up as it wasn't done for a week to 10 days. Dangerous glass still not removed after 3 weeks. (Now 5) Building D laundry room has NOT been open in almost a year. One resident in building D has CARDBOARD on broken window that has been there 4 months. Never repaired. Painters removed broken glass from pavement in front from the window. Maintenance nor resident bothered. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. No matter how clean the apartment is. They fixed the roofs but some areas STILL have detrius from that work. They painted HALF the buildings and we haven't seen the painters return for three weeks. They are slapping some paint on and NOT FIXING any issues. Maintenance came to fix leaking AC unit and then LEFT before he did anything. Dumpsters constantly full and overflowing. Homeless wandering around. People ALWAYS arguing and fighting. Broken concrete walls in various places. Have seen people drive up onto residential only walk paths. Toilet was painted to hide what????
