Luxana Apartments

Living here has been a good experience overall. When we moved into our unit, it was almost comical how many issues we had. This included the AC going out multiple times in the heat of summer, a broken stove, a leaky dishwasher, an unresponsive fan, and the list goes on. BUT, the staff is so amazing that we aren’t even concerned about it. Dylan, the maintenance supervisor is the best thing about this complex. He is promptly taking care of every issue with so much kindness and will respond at any time. You can tell that he truly cares about the residents and delivering his best work. If the space and parking works for you, I’d recommend this complex.

We've been here for about a month and so far, I really like the place. There are a couple for minor issues, (towel rack falling off) and parking could be interesting if you have a large pickup truck but the apartments are very nice and roomy. The master bedroom is crazy spacious. The maintenance fellows are very quick to take care of things in a timely manner. Every neighbor I've spoken to is very nice...one even helped to carry a heavy dresser up the stairs. The location is amazing. Everything is close. I'm enjoying it here.
