I recently toured this community as I’m getting a head start on my apartment search before I’m ready to rent. The tour was informative, and I liked getting a feel for the floor plans and amenities. I also appreciated learning about some upcoming improvements planned around the time I’ll be looking to move. The location is a big plus too — having Fry’s, Target, and Walmart right down the street is super convenient. I’m not quite ready to decide yet, but this is definitely a community I’ll be keeping on my radar.

I’ve lived here three years and every winter it’s the same: repeated water shutoffs, no hot water, and “emergencies” that never get resolved. Just in recent weeks we had shutdowns on Dec 22, 23, 29, 30, 31 and Jan 5, 13, and 15. This has continued through multiple ownership changes with no lasting fix. Management access and communication are poor—walk-ins are discouraged, everything is pushed to the portal, and complaints are often ignored or minimized. The complex markets itself as a community, but noise, safety, and basic upkeep are handled inconsistently. The property accepts vouchers, which I support, but the pricing for residents without assistance is extremely high for the conditions. People who barely miss voucher eligibility are paying around $2,000 for a 2x2 while dealing with constant service issues and limited responsiveness. Lease incentives don’t mean much when basics aren’t reliable. For the price, the value is not there.
