Palmtower

We had a great experience touring this apartment! The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, but what really stood out was how nice and welcoming the people at front desk were. Madi especially was really great! She was patient, answered all our questions, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. Definitely left with a really positive impression!

I’ve lived at a few different apartment complexes in Arizona ranging all the way from Scottsdale, North Phoenix, to Tempe and PalmTower 100% tops it all. My main concern was being able to hear my neighbors and I have had no issue thus far. The walls and ceiling are completely insulated and although I love my neighbors, I am so happy I cannot hear anything! Sarai helped me during my tour and move-in process. She was extremely helpful, welcoming, and made everything stress-free. On top of that, Kara and Zaylinn at the front desk are always there to support me and answer any questions I have. Huge shoutout to the maintenance team as well! They definitely know what they are doing and respond to maintenance requests immediately. When our dryer stopped working (due to us not cleaning out the lint), they let us use a vacant unit’s laundry unit for the time being while they addressed the issue. I couldn’t be happier with how PalmTower manages their building. Thank you everyone!!
