THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! The management takes a long time to get problems resolved, the homeless are over running this place. They're always digging in the trash receptacles and we even caught one urinating on the sidewalk. Management was told about them using the pools as their own personal bath tubs and yet nothing has been done. We have been without ac for over 3 days now and all they've done is promise someone is on the way to fix the problem. I wouldn't suggest anyone live here.

I have lived here for 5 years and the maintenance and care of these apartments has decreased dramatically. There’s is no consistent hot water and the homeless people are taking over the parking lot. Everytime I go to my car I have to be harassed by transients or can not take out the trash because there digging in the trash and the apartments does nothing to keep there residents safe or there vehicles safe. There is no security anymore. The apartments are worried about the appearance of the apartments and yet they can not provide essentials like hot water and safety to there residents. I used to love living here and now I am completely embarrassed to live here. Management continues to change every 6 months to a year so hopefully this management will be changing soon aswell. Nonetheless I will not be renewing my lease again and urge others to reconsider moving to u@Melrose you will instantly regret it.

My wife and I moved in September and we never expected such a caring and understanding landlord such as Roshaunda. She is kind , cordial and very understanding. She will communicate and listen to whatever your issue is and do what she can to try and help. Communication is key with her and she listens. The grounds are kept up , we are constantly being updated on happenings with the complex and our renovated apartment is an unexpected surprise when you arrive. Very spacious and feels like a real home. This is an awesome area in the Melrose District with shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a great place to call home please consider stopping by.

I moved in 4months ago and I love my 2bed room apartment the size perfect, wash & dryer included. I have my own patio which I love. My landlord Roshaunda is beyond amazing with her job she always communicating with everybody who lives in complex keeping everyone updated on everything. The Work orders get taken care of right away. I would recommend theses apartments to anyone who is looking for 2 bedroom.

The apartments are cute and that was the decision point for me when I moved in last December. The building is older so there will be maintenance issues but maintenance, especially Jamie, is on it. Roshaunda is absolutely outstanding at what she does. She makes me feel welcome to be here and I like that she also communicates expectations to the community with no hesitation. The trash situation is always ongoing, and I know the staff does all that they can. If I could make suggestions it would be monitoring actual occupant count in units, get camera security from the parking lot to the main areas, and incentives for using ring doorbells or the like so long as they have functioning cameras.
