Would NOT recommend. They don’t take care of every things, elevator has been out 6 months, still broken ev charger for 6 weeks, repairs take forever, after new management took over

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this needs to be said. Maintenance requests here are extremely frustrating. If you’re lucky, they get resolved after a month. If you’re not, they just never get taken care of. You end up following up multiple times with little to no communication, and there’s no sense of urgency even for important issues. For the amount of rent being charged, basic maintenance and timely responses should not feel like a favor. Things sound great when you’re signing the lease, but once you move in, it’s a completely different experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values responsiveness and accountability.

The old reviews mysteriously disappeared when the new management took over, but somehow things got worse. The corridors get cleaned maybe once a month so the hallways come with their own mystery smell. The roaches seem very comfortable here, probably on a long term lease. Repairs take forever and the elevator has been out for six months so if you live upstairs you are basically in daily stair training. Nothing really moves except rent being charged right on time. It feels like a full time maintenance experiment.

If you plan on moving here, start working out regularly!!!! They have no intention of ever fixing the elevator so you will be walking up 3 flights of stairs constantly!!

I would like to leave this review for Robert Salas. He effectively resolved a problem in my apartment that had occurred several times before without being properly fixed. His work was professional, efficient, and of high quality. I was very satisfied with the result. Excellent worker.
