We had a wonderful experience with Reyna. She was consistently quick to respond, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Melanie has been awesome from start to finish! Helpful, kind, prompt, patiently answered my numerous questions, and was always quick to get back to me. It really eased the stress of my move from another state. My family was happy that I moved into such a nice place and that Melanie helped me through the whole process. Maintenance is prompt, the complex is quiet and nice in appearance. I'm surprised how close all the stores and food is located. Very convenient! The apartment is cute, well maintained and has a great location within the complex.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. I lived there for one year and the entire year we had hot water for ONLY two months. After the two months, we had no hot water. Every week they sent emails about the boiler being repaired. The management staff are rude and have no concern for the residents peace of mind. The parking lot needs to be repaired. People are constantly speeding through the parking lot and hitting parked cars. The laundry facilities on property are worthless. Nothing works. This property doesn’t have any amenities for the price they are charging. You can hear everything that goes on outside. The apartments are also poorly insulated. I moved out over a month ago and I’m still waiting on my deposit to be fully refunded. Online my account has been finalized but I haven’t received my refund. I have sent various emails but have yet to receive a response. These apartments are considered the hood of Plano. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere unless you enjoy throwing your money away. Last but not least, the plumbing is horrible. Some buildings have water running into the parking lot because the plumbing needs to be repaired. Instead of repairing it, they just remove the stopper from the building and let it run in the parking lot.

Ms. Karen is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked into the office, she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel welcome. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, explain every detail, and make sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she really cares about the residents and takes pride in making the community a great place to live. It’s not often you meet someone as kind, professional, and helpful as Ms. Karen — she truly made my experience outstanding!
