I had a great experience at Latitude Apartments! The staff was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. 10/10 recommend!

I have visited this apartment many times because my cousin lives here. I just received a call from her this evening, that has led me to leave this review. My cousin called me in tears. She came home after leaving a work event to find that her apartment door had been left unlocked after an inspection. Which means her apartment was not secured for hours! She was afraid to even enter her own apartment alone & asked me to stay on the phone with her while she checked her space to make sure no one was inside & nothing was missing. Over her time at this apartment, as a visitor, I’ve personally noticed multiple broken or unsecured exterior doors that allow easy access into the building. These issues have been ongoing, this is not one-time problem. Knowing this, it is deeply concerning that an apartment door would be left unlocked after staff access. No one should feel unsafe or fearful in their own home, especially a single woman who lives alone. Having to call someone for support just to walk into your apartment is not normal and should not be acceptable anywhere. Based on what I have personally witnessed and experienced, these are serious security failures that need immediate attention. Residents deserve to feel protected where they live.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel strongly compelled to write this one because of the outstanding service I received from Eunice From our very first interaction, Eunice was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. Leasing can be stressful, but she made the entire process smooth and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, responded promptly to every question, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What truly set Eunice apart is her heart and integrity. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job extremely well, but also genuinely cares about people. She went above and beyond what was required to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and supported every step of the way. Because of Eunice, I feel confident and happy with my leasing experience, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a place to call home. She is a true asset to this property and to the company as a whole. If excellence, professionalism, and customer care matter, she represents all three flawlessly. Honest Review: Management is honestly trash. Everything is always broken or “having issues,” yet you’re still expected to pay the full amenity fee every month. The office staff turns over so quickly that there’s constant confusion, which means most of your issues won’t get resolved anytime soon. Valet Trash: The valet trash team is full of nice people, but they have a lot of “off” days. If your trash is left out, you’ll get fined—even if they decided to not come. And yes, you’ll still pay the monthly valet fee regardless of the service you actually receive. Bugs: The amount of ROACHES here is unsettling. They do spray, but the bugs are still everywhere. There are also tiny flies that come out of the vents and then die all over the place. Very unpleasant. Cleanliness: The hallway carpets stay stained, and there’s often a moldy pee smell that lingers for weeks before randomly disappearing. The pool looks nice, but it’s frequently vandalized and feels like bath water in the summer. Maintenance: Maintenance is the one bright spot. They are incredibly sweet and genuinely hardworking. I honestly feel bad they have to work for such a poorly run company—they’re constantly running around trying to keep up. I will say, the AC “breaks” a lot and the garage never works right. Professionalism: Professionalism does not exist here. The office staff will argue with you, deny things they previously said, and change their story. Make sure everything is in writing—email is your best friend. Also ALWAYS look at the itemization for your monthly rent!! The amount of times I found random charges was insane! Overall: It’s not the worst place to live, but it definitely tries to look “upscale” without actually being upscale. There are nicer places for the same price.

Now that I have been here almost 2 months I can give an honest review. From the initial tour I have nothing but great things to say about Eunice! You can tell she take take her job seriously and she wants to do well and it SHOWS! She did everything she could to get me what I needed if it took a little time. Now that I have been here the tenants that I have run into have all been really nice and helpful, to holding a door open for you or just making conversation I love that. Of course there will be flaws and bad apples everywhere you go but thankfully on my little hall I don’t have many complaints. Also maintenance plays ZERO games! They are VERY quick which I love! I literally put in a work order yesterday and it was completed by yesterday afternoon. I am not a needy tenant and stay to myself so I can’t say much about a lot that goes on but I like the area and that it is close to everything. Thank you again Eunice for all that you do for this complex you definitely keep it running smoothly! 🫶🏾
