New management is vastly ineffective, been living here for three years and just now having problems with hot water, cockroaches, laundry mat not working, maintenance takes forever, and then when confronting management about the ever changing parking situation, she lost her temper and tried to charge my family more money out of pocket to live there. Moving at the end of lease, this place was tolerable with Cody and now this new lady wants to watch the apartments burn with her nasty attitude

10 of my maintenance request tickets closed without being done. Was told it was just because of management change (3 times in 3 months) and that they'd be by today or tomorrow to knock some of them out, minus the tub resurfacing which has been peeling and bubbling since my first bath I took in October when I moved in but needs to be approved by someone higher up, presumably the owner. You get to pay monthly for pest control, and "they are supposed to come on Wednesdays" is what someone in the office once told me. I've had an order in for 3 weeks now (for pest control) and no one has come by once. It is the only maintenance request ticket still open, the only one that didn’t mysteriously close " due to management change". Not looking forward to resubmitting my 10 maintenance requests this weekend but after not hearing from the new Manager Maria Sanchez today I'm sure that's what I'll be doing. She doesn't answer the phone but maybe 1/10 times, or reply to emails, or messages on the portal, takes 3 hour lunches somestimes. She did come by once after my mother threatened to call the Plano housing authority to take pictures of my bath tub and hear me out on everything that's been wrong with my apartment and needs to get fixed since I moved in and I appreciated that she took the time to do that after the office was closed since she had flaked on my last 2 appointments I set with her (no call, no show) maybe she figured it was the least she could do, or maybe she is FAKE and just trying to temporarily appease me. Time will tell. I do feel bad that she's apparently managing everything all on her own but maybe no one wants to work with her and it's her own fault? Don't move here until management changes or steps up to take care of its current residents please look somewhere else, unless you like cockroaches and dishonesty?

This was one of the most disappointing apartment visits I have ever had. The lady at the front desk on Saturday morning was rude, unhelpful, and showed no basic courtesy. Despite having a scheduled online appointment at 10:00 AM to see a 1B1B apartment, she refused to acknowledge it and openly said she did not care about online appointments. I drove 20 miles with genuine interest in this property, only to be treated poorly and ignored. This experience left a very bad impression, and I would strongly discourage anyone from considering this place based on how potential residents are treated.

3 property Managers in 4 months & the best one was Cody Q, I battled Roaches for 10 months and the complex did nothing other residents have shared they have had the same issue, my cabinetry needed replacing i had multiple cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom that were not in the best quality my bath tub had paint peeling after 3 months and after putting in maintenance requests multiple times they were just marked as completed. The area itself is decent there’s nice restaurants, a health center and Tom Thumb within a 5 mile radius. Lastly the new manager Maria Sanchez is the worst lacking in people skills and reeks of insincerity & most recently i was lied to about my deposit being in the office for me to pick up and i also was charged random miscellaneous fees such as a carpet cleaning fee when my apartment didn’t even have carpet!!!! Pauls Corp get it together this is not how you do business future or current residents they’re is better out there.

PLEASE, for the love of God, bring Cody back! Pay him MORE than whatever his new job is paying him! 😮‍💨 If he absolutely isn’t returning, please hire someone who is just as qualified, professional and compassionate as he was! Apparently, we have someone new in the office, but this person hasn’t introduced themselves at all! As far as living here goes, this is definitely a stepping stone type of place. It has its issues, but I’ve had apartments that are worse. Lighting needs to be fixed in a number of parking lots ASAP! No, this email isn’t in your system.
