I’ve lived here since 2022 (3 years). I have a 1 bedroom with a balcony facing downtown. We haven’t had a bad experience here. The location is great in terms of walking to grocery store, work, food, etc. Traffic and Providence park can get loud but it doesn’t bother my partner and I. The maintenance requests have always been answered in a timely manner and our dog loves the maintenance guy, Derek. Candice, the property manager, has always been kind and attentive to us. We have two closets and a linen closet, so good storage in our unit. The bedroom is huge compared to a lot of newer buildings. The layout in our apartment works very well. Our balcony is private and our friends are always saying how jealous they are of it. Parking and storage are much cheaper than a lot of people I know pay so that is great. We have a garage spot! Overall, it is a good place to rent from. We are planning to stay here once our lease is up this year!
