We love the amenities and the community. All the residents are so friendly. The apartment is beautiful and maintenance is super responsive. We have had the best summer living downtown here. Definitely the nicest apartments we toured down in the Pearl. ~Kelly & Ryan
We’ve lived here since Feb. of this year. The staff here is great! Adam who signed us up has been very helpful the whole time. The maintenance staff also been great and friendly. We recently had new management staff.we’ve seen positive improvements in the building and shared areas. We love how social the building is with events for the community. This is our 3rd building that we’ve lived in the pearl and I would say our best one overall! Amenities are great and so is location!
