Dock 59 is in a perfect location to live, work, and play in one of Portland's favorite neighborhoods. Abigail and Andrew make this apartment complex a community!

The 8 months in spent in Portland I lived here at Dock 59. The location is great. Grocery store is a 3 minute walk away. The A, B, and NS streetcars are within a 5 minute walk. Good restaurants with in a 10 minute walk. There's 3 or 4 breweries with on a 15 minute walk too. The Property Mgr, Abigail, was very helpful and courteous as well. I'm glad I got to stay here for my introduction to the Pacific NW. 🍻

I stayed in the apartment (corner one bedroom apartment) for about 4 months; I really liked the apartment; it was new and partly south facing and the interior design was very nice; the management was also great and took care of any issues right away; the only two cons were that you do not get much privacy as there are buildings all around and in close proximity; also there is not much insulation between units; and you will hear your upstairs neighbors walking around (and is sounds like stomping); I was woken up every night and could not live there any longer; but the management was nice and allowed me out of the lease early;

Abigail is amazing and professional. Loved the location, cool energy and the high ceilings make the space feel huge. We ended up not being able to live here but definitely will keep Dock59 in mind if our situation changes!

I absolutely loved living here and I wish I could stay longer. The location is primo, the street and building is quiet, it’s sparklingly clean, and the management folks made me feel welcome and taken care of from the first minute I walked in to tour the place. It’s a smaller building, and I enjoyed the more neighborly feel compared to some of the other, much larger buildings nearby. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to the Pearl.
