I genuinely love living here. The building is modern and beautiful, with fantastic amenities and a central location. The apartments themselves are thoughtfully designed, with high ceilings, great natural light, and large windows that offer stunning views. What truly sets this property apart, though, is the staff. Adriana is an exceptional property manager—courteous, professional, and always incredibly helpful. Andy, the maintenance technician, consistently goes above and beyond for residents and is reliable, responsive, and kind. It’s rare to find a place where both the space and the people make it feel like home, but this building manages to do exactly that.

Adriana was the best residence service manager I have ever interacted with! She was always positive, friendly, and helpful. I'm very thankful she was around during our time at Arris.
