This place USED to be nice. Unfortunately there’s been a lot of turnover with the staff and what used to be a warm staff that made living here enjoyable are now rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I’ve been hung up on twice by the women working the front desk. If you smile at them they just give you a dead fish stare back. Additionally this apartment has gotten ridiculously greedy. I pay close to an additional $400 on top of my rent by all these hidden fees, so don’t for a second think you’re getting a good deal. The most ridiculous they’ve done is replacing the complementary coffee with one you now have to pay for. Coffee. How cheap can you get? At first they tried to say no one was allowed to use the coffee machine past noon, then they got rid of it for a pay by your phone machine instead. One of my latest charges was a $35 electrify fee- which is supposedly the electricity fee for just the common area split between both the highrise and the midrise building. There’s an average of 14 units per floor- 16 floors for the highrise and I believe 6 floors for the midrise. That’s over 10k they’re charging in total They’re trying to tell me that they accumulate an electricity bill of over 10k a month? Not to mention the front office fails spectacularly at communicating all of the ongoing maintenance issues. The Callbox wasn’t working (as it usually doesn't) for several months- resulting in a lot of missed deliveries and issues with people visiting. I had asked the front office about it a few weeks in and all they said was that they were “aware”. A couple MONTHS into the issue they finally send out an email informing residence and telling us to meet everyone at the door. The trash shoot didn’t work for several weeks resulting in trash piling up in the stairs and around the broken trash shoots on every floor. It was disgusting. The callbox, the trash shoots, the garage door, the elevators, the automatic doors on the highrise- everything is always broken with no or very late communication from the front office. But don’t worry, they love sending out their passive aggressive emails about returning the lobby carts. I’ve had multiple break-in attempts in my unit, I will literally be sitting at home and someone will attempt opening my door for several minutes. The security here is awful and I’ve become paranoid about my safety. Not to mention there HAS been a successful break-in on one of the units on my floor. There’s a drunk lady on the first floor that always has her dog running around off leash and nothing is ever said to her despite this being done right in front of the staffs face. Very thankful for the end of my lease.

It smells in the hallways, the cleaners they use to cover up the mildew are so overpowering. I thought this would be a nice place to live and at first it seemed like it would be ok and staff was nice events were great - Then staff changed everyone is surly and rude to my guests and the events are flops now that nobody wants to go to. I write this to say don't make the mistake I did in renting here, NV is similarly priced and nicer so is ASA or the Wyatt.
