NV Apartments

DO NOT MOVE TO NV APARTMENT We moved into NV Apartment last year, and our experience has been extremely disappointing due to major changes made during our lease. In the middle of our lease, management changed the valet parking arrangement. Residents are now required to park their cars on/under a lift parking system. This parking setup is very difficult and unsafe to use. As a result of this change, my car was scratched. We informed management about the parking situation immediately after the change was made. However, the staff was not helpful, showed little concern, and failed to provide any assistance or solutions. This change was implemented in the middle of our lease, yet management offered no support or alternatives to affected residents. We were planning to renew our lease, but due to the parking situation and the poor treatment from staff, we have decided to move out. The staff did not care about our concerns and made no effort to help us resolve the issue or retain us as tenants. You cannot change the parking conditions in the middle of a lease and then refuse to provide assistance when residents are negatively impacted. Many residents are also complaining and leaving NV Apartment for the same reasons. I strongly recommend not moving to NV Apartment.

Took a tour here with my partner and it was such an incredible experience! While with the leasing team, the assistant manager Logan stopped by and just created the most amazing experience we could have asked for! It’s not everyday that you walk into an apartment and get greeted by all of the staff members! We got to see the penthouse units and the views from every angle of the community is breathtaking! This community is truly an experience in its own ?
