The building is so beautiful architecturally and the amenities are INSANE! It is a feast for the eyes and pays homage to the Oregonian roots. So much thought was put into the design of this building. It’s supposed to look like a newspaper how thoughtful ha ha! Also, there are sauna and hot tub is amazing and it looks over the beautiful city of Portland. This is literally the best place I’ve ever lived and everyone should live here. Mackenzie and Brandon and Alex and Tina are amazing! The movie theater is also so fun. I watched my favorite shows in there and they also have a Co Worker space and the literal best gym in Portland in an apartment complex that has yoga classes and weightlifting classes.

Thanks to Brandon, I am now fully settled into my new apartment, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure the entire transition was seamless. I have rarely encountered this level of integrity and attentiveness during a moving process. The property itself offers an impressive range of amenities, and there is a noticeably positive, uplifting atmosphere among the residents. While downsizing from a house to an apartment initially felt daunting, touring this community completely shifted my perspective. I quickly became excited about the move and applied immediately. These brand-new apartments are thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic and are conveniently located within walking distance of numerous destinations. It’s clear that common apartment shortcomings were carefully considered and addressed during construction. I’m truly pleased with my decision and highly recommend this property.

I toured this building twice with Tina, the manager, and she was awesome — super friendly, fun, and really knew the area. The rooftop was definitely a highlight with the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, BBQ grills, and a nice gym on the top floor. The units looked great too with nice finishes and decent space. The only downsides for me were the price (a bit high) and possible noise from the stadium and local events. Overall though, it’s a really nice place with great amenities.

I’ve toured nearly every high-rise in the city, and The Buy Line stands out in every way. While the photos are impressive, seeing the building in person really brings everything to life. Beautiful attention to detail, from the high-end finishes to the spacious layouts and modern kitchens, just exceptional! The views are stunning, and the amenities are equally impressive. I had the pleasure of touring with Tina, who was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. She made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. If you’re considering a visit, don’t hesitate,you’ll be glad you did!

This property has GORGEOUS amenities. The soundproofing in the apartments is not what I would expect from a luxury building and the 3 month free offer only applies to 15-18 month leases. I had toured and was ready to sign a lease until that detail was included in the followup email.
