Maintenance keeps on top of things, common hall carpeting is stained.

Nick is really an empathetic hands on problem solver. Very grateful to know him for years living at the Stadium Station apartment. Gets work done promptly and efficiently. Him and Rick are always polite and professional caring people.

Have been trying to coordinate an appointment since last Friday. Been at the building 4 times waiting for "the tour" No feedback. Just a lot of feedback from current tenants on the street. Hmm. Does it feel like it could be home? Ask all the homeless who surround the entire building. I did. Not by choice.😔

I lived here for just over five years and it was amazing! Lindsay, Hannah, and the rest of the team could run the world, and they have truly made it the best place to live just in the last year alone with remodels and upgrades throughout the building. You are right in the center of it all - transit, grocery, dining, Providence Park, and a 5 minute walk to any downtown neighborhood. It was very bittersweet to leave this gem, but I know the next tenant will love their time here!

I’ve been living here for almost three years and I am so impressed with how the building manager Lindsay has been actively making improvements and providing such a warm presence. I love my apartment, especially the location!
