  Tim gave us a tour of this property and was so helpful and human! An incredible and trustworthy guy and all around superstar! We need more property managers like him in this city!!!

  Obsessed with this stadium style window space. 😍 Great staff & friendly neighbors! Walking distance to food, coffee, dispensaries, transit, etc. Way more quiet than I thought it was going to be with the back entrance being on Burnside. Very quiet building, people mostly keep to themselves. people I have passed in the halls have been super friendly, offered a hand while moving in, or introduced me to their dog. Cute little bar/wine shop attached downstairs where they held a resident event with discounted drinks as a little meet and greet which was fun, since I don’t know anyone in the building. Apartments are big, stainless steel appliances, (I had a brand new fridge) full size washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Also best water pressure I’ve EVER had in a rental. 🙌🏼 So far, I’m loving it!
