  If you submit an application and pay the application fee they automatically take $500 out of your account just as a holding fee. This payment is supposedly “non-refundable”. This is deceivingly hidden within the agreement on the page when paying for the application fee which doesn’t mention paying for the holding fee at all. If you call and request your money to be refunded, they will be incredibly disrespectful and will point you towards the corporate office and refuse to help. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had when it comes to renting apartments and I’ve been doing so for over 10 years. Stay away from this awful, disrespectful, and deceptive apartment complex. Edit - I had to file a claim with my bank to eventually get my money back since the parent company wouldn't even respond. Avoid this apartment like the plague.

  I think the Tempo is amazing. The staff are all kind and knowledgeable. The location is perfect. From the fun amenities, to my awesome neighbors, the Tempo is by far the best I've rented in the 8 years I've lived in town. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEMPO! OH YEAH NOT TO MENTION THE GIFT CARD FOR MY REVIEW. YEAH BUDDY.
