The staff at Essex is absolutely amazing! The building is great, secure, and sits quietly in a great part of Portland. The office staff has gone above and beyond assisting with our move from the East Coast and glad we found a “home” there. So far, the service team moved quickly to fix any small issues in the apartment. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Mario is incredibly warm, professional, and extremely capable in all he does to fix anything in our apartment. His coworker, Eddie, is also very friendly and helpful in working alongside Mario.
