Amazing location. Walk to cafe, shops, public library etc. My review is for the property managements. I have lived there for 6 years before moving out. They charge me close to $1500 for new painting, carpeting and cleaning service. We did 5-8 hours of cleaning before moving out but the management expects (move in condition) even after 6 years of occupancy. They will charge you for normal ware and tear. For present and future talent, Please have all communication with management in writing. I rather not mention names, but the management lady can benefit from lessons in basic manners. she can be dismissal and very confrontational if you question her. Again have all communication recorded.
