In my experience, management was unhelpful, incompetent and disorganized. Parking is limited, and vehicle’s are damaged while parked. The units lack AC, in-unit washer/dryer, and built-in lighting in bedrooms and living areas. For the price, there are better and more updated options nearby. The application process was frustrating. Despite being a licensed nurse earning well above the income requirement, I was repeatedly asked to reconnect my bank account through Nova Credit. As someone relocating from out of state, I felt the process was handled poorly and inconsistently. Management was significantly better when the property operated as Green Briar Village. I would not recommend renting here.

We have lived in many places. So nice to finally find a great apartment . They are renovating the place, the trees are amazing, and so nice to be in a calm environment. The maintenance men are awesome. The managerment has worked hard to help us get settled. Thanks to Rudy, Tyler, Brandon and Dylan for fixing up the property and make is a great place to start over. ?
