WOW THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE Yelp does reflect this to be a closed business however I didnt realize that and drove from Seattle to tour this apartment. I wish I had taken the time to check Yelp first! I was greeted by a staff member who told me " Yeah I have meetings all day, youll have to come back". Make sure you tell them in the meetings that you turned away a potential client for your meeting! The entire place is also surrounded by homeless. This is literally a warehouse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Toured here the first week of November 2025. After walking through the building that is very clearly not taken care of (and the elevator that doesn’t seem like it passed any inspections), the current leasing manager (former maintenance) took us to a potential unit that was “tucked away”. He tried to open the door to the unit to which he was pushed back by a homeless man and his girlfriend who were apparently squatting in the unit. The leasing manager then got into a physical altercation with the homeless man which took them all the way down to the street. Not only was the situation completely escalated for no reason, but the building itself clearly has no care for security or anything like that. Would tell you that the pictures may look very nice online, but the units don’t match whatsoever. Hopefully the “new management” will get this building up to a better standard because the units have gorgeous potential.
