I moved in a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love both my apartment and the building! What really sealed the deal for me, though, was Heather. She made the entire process fun, personal, and stress-free—especially since I’m not exactly computer-savvy. The whole team here has been so welcoming and kind; I even joked about wanting to sign a four-year lease (if only I could!). Thank you all for making me feel right at home!

Let me start with the jewel of the crown! The Manager (Heather). I think this woman shows up with the same blanket or coat or what ever it is she wears even in the heat of summer! She has the personality of a can of soda and that’s not doing the soda any justice! She runs the place like the Natzi Germany’s secret police. IF and that’s a big IF you can find her Heaven forbid if you have a question or need to address something. Not only she takes it personal, she makes sure you pay for taking up her time. The place looks good on the outside but inside the walss are made of paper and there are all kinds of insects crawling through the place. On a good day I kill 15 to 20 cockroach. I can’t wait to get out of this place

Never in all of my life have I ever lived in a place that is ran by such a condescending, all knowing truth, spinning, unprofessional staff as the Burlington towers! They have no problem, snooping through your car, listening at your door, spreading rumors about you and whatever else they want. If you’re thinking of living here my advice is don’t. You will have no privacy and you will feel like you are in high school competing for popularity contest. Truly, the staffs behavior at least towards me has been nothing but disgusting. I can almost guarantee every single good review was written by staff’s family members and friends. Or dare you just treating me different because of my low income based rent either way if you’re looking for a new apartment keep looking.

Huge shout-out to Dimitri and Heather at Burlington Tower. I toured multiple times to be sure the home and layout were right for me. Instead of getting impatient, they encouraged me to come back, answered every question, and treated me with consistent dignity and respect.
The apartments themselves are excellent—spacious layouts, beautiful views, and a warm, homey design you don’t always find in the more industrial, cookie-cutter buildings in the Pearl.
In the end, what makes Burlington Tower stand out is the people. Dimitri and Heather bring real warmth and care to the resident experience, and it shows. If you’re weighing options in the neighborhood, start here.

Apartment 619 $1575 rent after 2 moth free rent is applied. $185 parking
Pros: The location is great! This unit has a beautiful view of the “Go By Train” sign which is beautiful at night to see. Walking distance to Safeway, 3 parks, liquor store, and downtown. The unit is huge!!!
Cons: Where to begin. The walls are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING!! You can hear your neighbors talking amongst other things. The front door is not flushed to ground so whatever oder is outside will come into your home unless you get something to cover the bottom of your front door. The unit is huge but it is odd. They could have taken some of the bathroom space to give a walk in closet in the bedroom.
Management: management was the worst. When CRMG took over, there was an issue with my water bill that I brought to their attention early. I stated that I havent been getting a water bill and they kind of blew me off until months later when I had to stop in and have a stern conversation about the issue because nothing was getting done by the new property manager. Whenever you brought a situation to her attention she became irritated and annoyed as if I was inconveniencing her. However, if she would have handled the situation months ago we wouldnt have had this issue. Overall, the water bill was 3 months behind. Im moved out now and still owe 2 water bills. It would have been 3 but I gave a money order for the water bill that is billed 3 months back but not updated on the resident portal. Overall better customer service and a warm spirit is needed. She says she has 13-years of experience as a property manager but she has some of the worst passive customer service I have experienced.
Amenities: The only amenities this place offers is a gym. They sporadically do events but they are not consistent and very random. You use to be able to pay your rent at anytime. However, when the new management company CRMG took over they blocked the future so now you can only pay on the first, which is a headache. And, you can only pay what is on your ledger no more no less. The rent still high though! They fired a majority people of color security team and hired all white security who walk around with bullet proof vest and tasers smh. This new security team can often been seen on their phones watching tv, talking, or playing games. The first security company/team was great and professional. Ive also witnessed at least 2 people of color who worked the front desk axed after a few weeks of service. Duno what is going on but it looks odd. They do have a black woman now at the front desk she is great. I hope they keep her.
Im moving because the rent jumped over $2000 with parking. With undesirable amenities, poor management, increase in rent. I think it’s best to go elsewhere. Now im in a place with upscale amenities, great management and its cheaper than what I was paying.
Place has a lot of potential!
