I’ve been dealing with this company from January 15 to February 28, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. They lost my first application and instead of refunding the fee, required me to submit — and pay for — a second application. I was told my first application was approved and that I could move in, yet no one scheduled a tour or even discussed specific available units with me. It wasn’t until I submitted the second application that a tour was finally arranged. During this time, the property was sold to a new ownership group, which only added to the confusion and lack of communication. The representative I worked with, Emily, did provide a tour, but the condition of the building was extremely disappointing. There were holes in the walls, broken windows on one floor, and a strong, unpleasant odor lingering throughout each level. While there were workers present, every unit shown to me was either in disrepair or not move-in ready. The only unit I would have considered — Unit 213 — was missing appliances and still needed cleaning, though it was the only one without visible stains. I submitted my second application on February 20 and received no follow-up communication. Instead, I randomly received what appeared to be an AI-generated message stating that a lease agreement would be drafted — without any discussion of updated terms under the new ownership. Between the lost application, double charges, poor communication, building condition, and ownership transition, the entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you are looking for a clean, well-managed, and respectful place to live, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The exterior presentation may appear charming, but the reality does not match. Parking is handled by a third-party vendor, with very limited spaces available. I was told many residents are forced to park on the street. The leasing office is also located in a separate side building that is easy to miss. Additionally, there is only one elevator in the building, which would make moving in extremely difficult, especially since there is no option to reserve it. Overall, this experience has been disappointing from start to finish. Proceed with caution. P.S. I yet to be refunded or credit though I was promised twice in the last week. Twice in the last week

These people lie to get you to move in. I was told there was security and a cleaning crew recently hired before I moved in mid September and that was just an out right lie there is absolutely no security in this building even though they reassured me about 5 different times there “was security”. Everything is always nasty and dirty (dog piss and shit in the elevator, blood on the walls, rotting trash in the lobby) so I’m doubting the “cleaning crew” too. The front office also will NOT answer you after you move in, I had no issues during the process cause they wanted my money now it’s actually impossible to get them to answer. I had a broken window that was supposed to be fixed 2 months ago that just got fixed last week. The surrounding fenced off property of the building is COVERED in trash and rats and they won’t do anything about it just letting it stink under peoples windows. They gave me a useless key fob for the doors that they said should have a “new system” by the next week and 2 months later the fob is still useless and doesn’t work. Also don’t even get me started on the loud rude neighbors who blast music for the whole hallways to hear but the front office won’t do anything but send the whole building a “noise warning” that no one cares about. As of today the front “secure” door isn’t locking and is being left open so I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before there are homeless in the staircase AGAIN. Also the amount of domestic abuse in this building is insane, broken tvs and torn apart couches covered in ketchup in the trash rooms the night after hearing a bunch of screaming. Updated edit to say NONE of these issues have been fixed and they literally refuse to answer the phone even after responding to call them! EDIT #2!!! The elevator keeps going out and they have all of the floors locked from the stairwell if you can get into them so they leave residents locked out of their apartments for hours at a time without answering or coming to fix it. There is also absolutely NO PARKING HERE YOU WILL KEEP GETTING TICKETS and then they will lie and say they have no contact with the parking garage that leads into the building but then give other residents all of their info they claimed they “don’t have” this place is a joke
