Pretty good place to live for the most part, but a few things are ridiculous. They do say they have a hot tub but I mean only about one out of four times you might want to use it it will be open. I have gotten ready and gone down 9 times total and found it closed for no reason 7 times. I'd be surprised if management really knows how often maintenance leaves the closed sign up. Office staff does generally seem pretty competent. Elevator was broken for half a year and still doesn't quite work right, nothing more frustrating than waiting so long for the elevator and it already being full when it finally comes. Incredible view if you choose the right apartment. Rent increases are very reasonable.

It's fine. Lived here for about a year and a half now. View is amazing. Apartment is fine but with no space, not enough storage for 2 people in a one bedroom and no additional options for storage. When we moved in they said "the pool is almost never closed, I almost never see it closed." Something about that rang false to me but I let it slide. There were right away times when the hot tub was closed inexplicably. After that, there were "renovations" which lasted at least 6 months, i hoped it would include bbqs because most places nearby with similar rent have communal bbqs. Turned out to just be putting fairy lights and new chairs that are almost wrecked within a couple months unfortunately. I let that slide as well. The Pool turned out to be completely unheated and only open maybe a few months out of the year minus various random several day closures during normal usage hrs. The hot tub is always inexplicably closed during what might be high usage times with just a single cone in front which has at least been upgraded with a sign that simply says "under maintenance". You can expect the hot tub to be closed during holidays and up to 2 weeks straight around the 4th of July for example. Very annoying. No communication about it via email or otherwise. I assume they are expecting a lot of people at those times and are too lazy to clean after or someone isn't bothered to move the cone. The last time maintenance came they made our problem worse and we haven't been bothered to contact them again. The balcony isn't wide enough to put a single type of furniture. I like that they have an a/c unit in the living room although everyone in the building that i know has had to buy a secondary unit for the bedroom. They will raise rent significantly after your contract ends. But again. Excellent view. Can't beat it. Near public transportation. Very walkable. Everyone I've spoken to here have similar opinions. The residents here are very friendly.

I literally picked up keys 6/13 and today is 6/17. I moved into a filthy apartment. When I say filthy, I mean FILTHY. Attached are photos of the blood on the walls and sinks, toilets crusted with the excrement of previous resident(s), hand prints all over the walls, unmatched holes in the wall (clearly indicating that the unit was not turned), dead bugs on every windowsill in the place, and oven crusted with food, kitchen cabinets (inside and out) with food residue as well as urine dripping down the bathroom wall in the guest bathroom. I told the Leasing Agent after I picked up the keys that I would keep it between she and I if the issues were corrected before I returned in 3 days to begin moving. I returned to nothing having been done. I called the manager to come up and see it herself. She arrived and was very pleasant and took many photos herself. She assured me that this was not ok and said that she would have the cleaners come up and address these items. She sent up the maintenance man who told me that his porter was cleaning. He only cleaned the floors and dead insects from what I could see. When I emailed today asking when the cleaners would be arriving so that I could plan my movers arrival, I was told that the items had been addressed. I explained that I do not want to appear ungrateful, but that only the insects and floors had been addressed. Painting that is needed is "pending approval". Now... I have been in the Property Management industry for over 20 years and this is not only unsanitary (blood... come on!), but against the law. If I ever had someone move into an apartment home that looked like this, I would be fired or at the very least, written up. Not to mention that I am expected to pay $2200 month to clean up someone else's biohazard. I am livid. I tried to address it all nicely and respectfully. Clearly nothing is going to be done and I am stuck in a 14 month lease and disgusted before I even spend my first night here. Please see attached photos. There are nearly 50 photos fyi

The swimming pool renovations are never done and its been over a year. The sheer attitude of the office staff is scary and they will try to bodge you down if you try to complain. Don’t move here. Attached is a screenshot from their April 2023 email that it would take 7-8 weeks for completion. Its June 2024 now 😂 Crazy
