I had same issue as Chris in a review below. Completely illegal behavior charging excessive fees for standard wear-and-tear when moving out. Oregon law prohibits that, but they abuse the fact that most people won’t take it to court. Edit 12/31/25: All I can say is LOL. I lived there for over two years and they’re trying to claim that I never lived there. Do you want me to type all my personal information here so that you can look me up lol? And no, you definitely violated Oregon law but of course you get to strongarm people because you already have our deposit and you’re just going put me to collections and it’s not worth my time to fight it. Your property management staff wouldn’t even take my calls to discuss the false charges. They claimed stuff that like a bit of soap on the shower wall was $50 in damages or that I was to be charged for basic cleaning even though that’s a part of standard wear and tear. Which per Oregon law you’re not allowed to charge for. It’s obvious that the property management gets some cut of it so they have an incentive to be dishonest.

I just signed my lease this weekend and picked up my keys today! From everything I’ve seen and heard, the Linc245 truly seems like an amazing place and I can’t wait to move in!! First of all, such a great building. It's clean, smells nice, has awesome amenities such as a pool and hot tub, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Aili took my friend Michel and I on a really fantastic tour, and I was impressed the whole way. The apartments themselves are really cute, with smart layouts, and great views. The building also has a lot of great events! It's definitely top of my list. Out of all the tours I had that day it was the best one.

We moved in a few weeks ago and so far our experience has been phenomenal! Our leasing agent, Megan, was very helpful and friendly and responded very promptly! Our leasing process was smooth and without incident. We love our new home as well, the neighborhood is fantastic you can walk to everything, including the grocery store, DMV, and the mall! The building is quiet at night and the spaces are amazing. Maintenance responds very promptly. Our apartment has an incredible view and has been very modern and updated finishings. We’re looking forward to our coming years here!

Great location, renovated property, pest-free and safe relative to downtown Portland. Great apartments with maintenance teams that respond within 2-3 days. Everything is streamlined, and having a gated parking lot is nice, too. I feel safe and at home here. There are lots of friendly dogs around, and plenty of space for myself when taking a walk. The fountain park would be nice once they start running water in it again.. it’s a bit bleak right now. I like the large windows that make the apartment feel more spacious. Water pressure & temperature is great. 10/10 would recommend.
