The leasing agent kept insisting I had previously toured a unit twice in past, even though I know for a fact that wasn't the case. Strike one. The parking situation is unpredictable for new tenants, not only is there a waiting list, but their solution of letting you park in a handicapped spot is extremely risky, since you would be forced to move if a handicapped tenant needs it. Strike two. There was misunderstanding during conversation with the agent, exactly same thing happened the last time I visited the office. It was obvious the agent wasn’t LISTENING to what I was asking or saying. Strike 3, they are out.
