  For the safety of you and your loved ones, I would recommend looking elsewhere for housing. This place appears to be a good deal with a decent price, good location and free parking, but what the landlord is purposefully hiding from you is a serious mold problem and an unwillingness to do anything about it. What you "save" upfront, you will end up paying for in ways to make your home livable. Not to mention the utter frustration from dealing with a clearly unprofessional, bully of a landlord. There are some lovely long term tenants who found a way to make it work, but the general consensus is disdain for the landlord and continued issues regarding homeless, trash and recycling, mold, noise complaints, and constant traffic. Being near the hospital in that pocket of a road, you will be surrounded by cars at certain busy traffic times, but reliably starting at 4 am. Lol! While I will miss how walk-able the area was, I would only recommend this apartment to somebody who I would like to see suffer from mold related health issues. Stay far away!

  Can I leave 0 stars?? DO NOT MOVE HERE. Ana is the most unprofessional and disrespectful landlord. SCAMMED OUT OF DEPOSIT AFTER LEAVING THE UNIT IN BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN MOVED IN. WITH PROOF. Complete lack of communication even about simple issues. Moved into a very dirty, dusty, moldy unit not realizing the mold issue until after moving in and signing papers. Had to have 3 dehumidifiers running 24/7, moisture bags in every nook and cranny, and heater always blasting. JUST TO STILL HAVE MOLD. There’s clearly mold in the walls of this building and it’s not being dealt with properly. Ana would call and berate my roommate and I then say to text her anything we want to say for “court records” after just asking for the mold to be resolved. The deck was literally rotting wood with pieces flaking off and Ana decided pressure washing was a good idea and it literally ripped chunks of our deck off and she tried to charge us for it. Laundry room always smells like mold and dead rats. There are a few great people that live here and most people keep to themselves but for some reason nobody knows how to recycle or throw trash in the actual can. (Or that some stuff needs to be taken to the actual dump!?) It was constantly a disgusting mess. Also there are people digging in the trash at all hours of the night making a mess of it as well so the place just looks run down. Upon moving in Ana made a label “take off shoes” and TAPED IN INSIDE OUR HOUSE ON THE FLOOR. How weird and unprofessional can you be. Also STAPLED a paper to our bathroom wall with cleaning instructions….. do I need to say more. Move anywhere else the price isn’t worth being scammed out of your deposit. Idk how this person can even call themselves a business owner. More like slumlord. Here’s some random pictures of our shower head filter after 3 weeks, trash, rotting wood/walls in the house, moisture bag after 1 week.
