We are new residents, but are so impressed with the staff in the front office. They’ve been so helpful and have accommodated our technical ignorance by helping guide us through the application process. Kind, professional assistance that has gone above and beyond. We feel so lucky to have chosen Q21. The amenities are excellent but the real value is Jessica, Ahnmy and John.

The staff makes all the difference here. There are so many buildings in Portland these days to choose from, especially in the Slabtown area, so making sure you choose a staff who is responsive, attentive, kind, and care about the quality of their service truly is what sets Q21 apart. Anhmy and Jess are great, as are the maintenance guys. I have had some maintenance issues, which is uncontrollable, and everything’s been fixed right away. I also appreciate the price point here; it was a huge factor in my decision to rent. Thank you for all that you do to keep this place operating smoothly and efficiently! I hope to renew my lease when the time comes.
