Nicole, Heidi, Radolpho, and the entire team are SO KIND! My husband and I just moved in and the staff has made our move-in seamless/easy! When it comes to our apartment, amazing square footage, HUGE closets, beautiful finishes, and SO much light! A great value, especially for the pearl district! Special notes - pet friendly, two elevators, rooftop, gym, game room, gas grills, and super clean!
I lived here for three years and had a great experience. The maintenance team is outstanding—always quick, professional, and reliable. The location is fantastic with excellent walkability and a huge variety of restaurants and shops just steps away. Management is friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. The apartment itself was spacious with tons of storage, plus gas appliances and granite countertops, which I really appreciated. Overall, this is a well-managed community and a place I would highly recommend.
