DO NOT LIVE HERE. While the building looks attractive on the outside, the reality of living here is completely different. Ongoing security failures and a total lack of meaningful action from ownership have made this an unsafe place to live. The on-site staff are kind and try their best, but they are clearly powerless under the management company. Break-ins are constant. Cars and storage units in the parking garage are repeatedly targeted, yet there are no security cameras installed there. At one point, people were living in our storage unit for multiple days after cutting our lock off and replacing it with their own. They left behind heroin needles and other drug paraphernalia rendering the stuff they didn't steal completely useless. Unauthorized individuals have also been found living in building bathrooms. Hallways frequently reek of cigarette and hard drug smoke, and we recently encountered someone smoking crack in the lobby. As residents, we no longer feel safe using the common areas or the garage and I have to escort my partner to their car for them to feel safe. There are also indoor storage units on each floor, and our neighbors who use them have reported even those have been repeatedly burglarized. Package theft is another major issue. If a delivery isn’t placed directly into a mailbox or Amazon locker (which often doesn’t happen), it will almost certainly be stolen. We’ve lost hundreds of dollars’ worth of packages from the mailroom. Bikes have also been stolen from the bike locker. Despite repeated incidents and complaints over the past two years, ownership has failed to implement basic security measures. A nice-looking building means nothing when residents don’t feel safe in their own home.
