Nice apartments in a great location! I also can’t say enough good things about the management. With my dad having English as his second language, I needed to help him through much of his moving process from out of state. Travis, the apartment manager, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. He was always very responsive when I would reach out with questions, and even when I was unsure about something, he was patient and kind in explaining. I’m so grateful for his help—it made a big difference for both me and my dad.

I have lived at studio point apartments for last 7 months. Management has been nothing but helpful and accommodating toward my needs. I had a downstairs tenant who was constantly complaining of noise and leaving threatening notes and management took care of the problem with a days notice. I’ve read other reviews and although, yes the walls are somewhat thin and that I’d prefer they’d be a bit thicker I have had nothing but good experiences with all over tenants I’ve met so far and especially with the management team. This is a great place to move if you’re looking. Don’t mind the lesser positive reviews made by those who had bad experiences with past management. Studio point is now run by new management team and they have been the greatest renters I’ve ever rented from.

Apartment is clean, brand new when I moved in, utilities included. Walls are thin not much privacy there. I 100% agree that managment is horrible here... they do not help much and should atleast have an office in the building. Every time I had run into management they not only fail to introduce themselves but they do not wear masks when it is enforced on the main building door for hallways. There had been an incident when management had to check out and unvacant room, and accidentally unlocked and walked into my room without even knocking, making my guest and I 100% uncomfortable considering this is NOT professional. It could of been anybody considering I never had been introduced to management. I had sent out an email later that day questioning what had happened, it had not been until I confronted them had they apologized. I would NOT recommend living here.

I live here currently. although it is a nice, new building, the management is beyond unhelpful and borderline rude most often. I have had multiple issues arise that barely get recognition and when they do, it’s a minuscule change that really makes no difference. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. CASCADE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE.
