Do not move here, if you find a better option. The laundry rooms other than the one in the office are a mess, most of the washers don’t work, they haven’t for months. The drains are plugged and the washers that do work are disgusting. Homeless on property continuously plus they allow section 8 housing and many not so desirable people living here. The management is worthless. Abandoned cars parked on property, the only good thing is the new security company is doing a good job. The laundry rooms are disgusting. UPDATE 2-7-26. Laundry room totally flooded. UPDATE. HOMELESS DRUG ADDICTS LIVING ON PROPERTY OPEN DRUG DEALING AND CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. Reported to management and security nothing done. We have lived here since 2012 because it’s the cheapest option.

This is my third month here. The hot tub has been closed. I was promised 24/7 laundry, but the one that is 24hrs is across the entire complex. There is basically zero to no parking at night (even though there are abandoned vehicles), and if you do find a parking spot, better hold onto it. The patrol team is awful. I've had packages stolen and no longer feel safe sending mail here. They did, however, make it difficult for me to enter my apartment. There are also people parking where they shouldn't be consistently. The leasing agents will tell you any lie they can to get you into this hellhole. Get a better place. I am coming home angry almost every night due to the incompetence of the owners. UPDATE: I have found used needles in the dryer, the 24/7 laundry is closed with no date of opening (no date for the hot tub either), and now my car has gotten broken into. When discussing my packages getting stolen, I was told and I quote, "Crime doesn't discriminate based on zipcode." Then why have I had three crimes to me done while I've been living here? I've called the office, I have sent emails, and I have heard nothing. Don't waste your time.
