The Payton

I’m not one to drop a review unless I had a terrible experience somewhere.. But I have to share a review about the amazing tour I had yesterday with Jeff at The Payton. Jeff was so informative, thorough, and entertaining. I learned so much about the thoughtful craftsmanship, features, location, and more! I appreciate how Jeff made lots of space for questions, showed me everything without being asked (which isn’t a common experience in Portland apt tours depending on the building) and provided a glimpse into life at the Payton. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t seriously considering renting here. I can totally see why there are so many positive reviews for this building.

I had a great experience touring The Payton while looking to lease. Jeff was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making the tour feel rushed. He made the whole experience enjoyable and informative, and it really helped me get a good feel for the community. Overall, it was a great tour, and I would definitely recommend The Payton to anyone looking for a new place to live.
